Yeah my dads 04 has more room than my friend's 2009 quad. And I love my crew, very easy to get a car seat into. An plenty of room for my great dane in the bed

I like having my motorcycle in it with the tailgate up...just seems safer to me

This is how I convinced my dad to get a qc. The sticker helped too

As long as you strap it down right it's not going anywhere

I absolutely love my cc. That was the main selling point for me switching to dodge. There is enough room in the back to fit adults and I like the shorter bed look. I use a trailer much more than I use a bed anyway.

^completely agree! I love the crew cabs, sooo much room. Rode in my buddies quad cab yesterday and felt cramped. But they do look good!

I've seen multiple tailgates shake off with bikes strapped down just on the 4 mile dirt road to our harescramble. Rather not take that chance

I have had a tail gate come off while hauling a sled, I have also seen what happens when a wheeler rolls out of a bed. my wheeler is 7 feet long so even with quad cab it sits on the gate, i use 4 ratchet straps and i winch the wheeler to the bed.

Just a little update. I was looking up specs for my mom and ram lists the rear legroom on a 4th gen quad cab as 34". I remember seeing the 3rd gens listed as 36.9" so they may be smaller
