Once it's loose, can it ever be tight again?

Just wondering, any way to tighten the (cloth) seat back pocket?

Take a damp towel/rag/cloth and run the iron over it. Don't put the iron directly on your seats. Get the seat hot. It should pull some slack out.

I like the iron idea. That may help for a bit. A more permanent fix would be to pull the stitching, shorten the band tucked into the flap at the top, then re-stitch.

Chances are. If it's not cloth, it's vinyl. So cheap vinyl perhaps or cheap cloth. Whatever. We steam iron all of our seats and it helps. That's why I suggested that.
