Overhead DVD player video

Was bored today so I decided to make a video of the DVD player I installed in our 09. Opens and closes by itself. I think its pretty cool.

I think its cool. Doesn't get used that much but its nice when we take trips in it.

They are nice , we got the wireless headphones for the daughter so she can watch and listen , while up front we can watch our own dvd's

Yeah my kids love my over head player. I love how a long trip you just slap a movie in and the kids shut up. I have the wireless headsets also so it's nice for them to hear the movie and I can still listen to my music.

This thread looks familiar. Maybe cause its my old thread lol.

The install is pretty easy. Measure out where you want it and then trace the mounting bracket. Cut out the headliner where you traced and screw the mounting bracket into the middle beam support. Tap into power and screw the DVD player to the mounting bracket and you are done.

Is your truck a crew cab or quad cab? Quad cabs don't have a flat roof so you have to make some kind of custom mounting bracket.
