Alright I have a 2016 ram with the tall headrest in the rear and they really bother me. Would anyone know if there is a short style headrest in a earlier 4th ten that would fit. Right now i don't have my rear headrest in the truck.

wow. I had no idea they were that tall. I can see why you'd like shorter headrests, and I don't think any rear seat passenger wants the back window for a headrest in case of a rear end collision.

I don't usually have anybody in the back seat of the truck so it's no big deal really lol

Take them off till you need them, throw them under the seat till you need them.

Yeah, screw that guy that sits in the middle! Just put the person you like the least there.

Exactly make a small headrest for the middle but block visibility on the sides

I'm going to pull mine and have a aphaolstry shop make the sides the same size as the middle- Just trim the foam down.
