Today I discovered that the left rear window will not roll all the way up. I am able to "help" push up to make it close all the way. Possibly motor going out? Anyone have this issue or have input on troubleshooting? 2015 1500 CC if that matters.

Same thing happened to my 2015. Took it to the dealer and they found a piece of weather strip that came loose inside the door and got stuck in the window track.

I agree with this. Looks like your truck is a 2015, so it should be under warranty.

Something is in there, could have fallen into the mechanism or even something visible in the window track itself causing it to stop.

Thanks for all the input. Truck is no longer in warrenty. Something like this is covered under bumper to bumper correct? I have over 40k miles on it now.

As of today the window is working fine. I tried to replicate the issue and could not get it stuck again. I'll just keep using as normal and if it happens again first thing I'll check is the weather stripping then go further in depth.

Depending where your at if its hot enough the rubber trim can get tacky and grip the window. This will cause it to stop as well. Ford has a "lubricant" for moonroofs but it usually will fix a slow window. Sounds like the issue here.

Something like this just started happening to me. few days ago rear passenger side window wouldn't come back up. it would continue to go down if the button was pressed. I waited a few minutes and it went back up without issue. Now tonight it will not come back up after waiting a few minutes. I can't even guide it up. Going to try and take the door apart and look for anything odd but I'm not sure what the issue is. Anybody else experience this?

*update* took apart the door but could not see anything that looked wrong. Window was stuck down for a day and a half, Was about to take to dealer but it worked suddenly and went back up all the way.. I've decided to put it off and just not use that window.

Had this issue with my 2016. Took it to the dealer under warranty, bad regulator on the window. Had it replaced of course. The same window just started acting up last week. Guessing its the same thing this time. Going to get it back to the dealer and I'll let you know if its the same problem or something new.
