They are way too big, while the center one is too small....
Anyone ever have an upholsterer modify them? or perform some other mod to accomplish the same?

I just took them out and left the center one. I've read the you can swap the front and back but never bothered to try it.

Monday I will check with my upholstery guy....gonna have this truck a long time, might as well get it set up how I want it.
