Regular cab owners do you have this problem

I have had my 2016 pickup about a year and a half now and I don’t know if this is normal but when my windows are halfway down they seem to have a lot of play especially if I’m driving on a bumpy road. My best way to describe it is they seem kinda loose. I don’t know if it’s a regular cab issue because the old lady’s crew cab windows are nice and secure.

The windows in my 07 would bounce up and down when I hit bumps, my 16 does not do this.

guess I will probably set up an appt to take her in. It’s not so much bouncy but their is movement and it just does not seem sturdy

I'll give it a try tomorrow. I've never really 'noticed' it as a problem, but we've been in an extended cold spell around here I keep the windows up.

When mine are down all the way they rattle inside the door. If I raise them up a 1/2" they stop rattling...Just one more check mark on the "THIS TRUCK IS A P.O.S". list....

Mine are the same way. Have been since day 1. 2016 rc R/T. You can hear then bouncing around in the door.

Yeah Gary that’s about how mine are. Glad mines not the only one. I guess I will make an appt sometime before warranty expires. Sucks

My 2016 RCSB windows are solid and rattle free regardless of how open they are. That loose nut or ball of sealant rolling around in the rocker panel is another story.

I never really payed attention to it.
Too cold to drive around wit the window down, but I think the OP should get it checked out before warranty is up.

Have scheduled a tech ride along for Saturday. Hopefully can get an idea of what’s going on before putting it in the shop. Will update as soon as I find out something
