I have installed a jump-seat from a 2013 ram into my 2012, I just can't figure out where these last two plugs go to make the usb and aux work, the cigarette outlet works fine, but that isn't of much use to me. Below I have attached pictures of the remaining two plugs and a picture of the one open plug under the seat. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Which radio do you have in your truck??? I was thinking that the 12's still had the old style radio and then in 13 they changed to the newer style radios. If that's the case might be that the wiring harnesses are different and you don't have the correct plugs in your truck.... maybe???

I originally had the basic radio in the truck and then I upgraded to the touchscreen RBZ model.

That might be your problem, I think 13+ changed to the 3.0, 5.0 and 8.4 new style radios. I know the those radios have completely different plugs compared to the RBZ model radio.

correct on the 13 versus 12 wiring, has to do with the USB port in the center console
