The parts are made but I'm not sure how available they are. If you find a Rebel with the black pillars and headliner, you can use it's VIN to identify the part numbers to order.

That I'm not sure of. I only know that there are definitely Rebels with the part color you are looking for. If I can find one, I'll post the VIN. Then you can search a site like quirkparts.com and get the parts installed from the factory for that VIN.Thanks. So, only the Rebel has all black interior?

all the parts can be purchased but being that you have a crew cab from what I have read- the only way to get a new headliner in is by taking the windshield out.
This thread in the vendor section has links to all the pieces needed.

Yes, if you want it to stay in one piece.Thank you! Oh wow, taking out the windshield for a head liner! Is a front windshield hard to take out?

Is this just for crew cabs and if so why?Yes, if you want it to stay in one piece.

If you read the other thread, the manual says you can get it out through the door if the seats and console are out.. but the author opted to replace the windshield instead. Is this just for crew cabs and if so why?

OK, that makes sense...thank you! I wonder if the same is true for a quad cab? When I had my sunroof installed I don't believe they had to remove anything but then again I wasn't there. If you read the other thread, the manual says you can get it out through the door if the seats and console are out.. but the author opted to replace the windshield instead.
I'm guessing the headliner doesn't bend much
