I know I've seen it before, but I'm trying to find a gps/phone mount for the top of the radio (where it says "dodge" with the 2 screws).

I like the Bayou Mount,
however,
am I the only one that has luck just sticking my mount to the console?

ETA: I don't like to leave my GPS or mount showing when I go places,
so I always take it off when parking for an extended period of time.

That is good to hear.

I almost ordered the one that attaches to the radio mounts and comes out the side of the trim, but I read a couple of reviews that they had changed the design to only use one mounting screw, so it vibrated and rattled.

I installed a 12v plug inside of my center console and ran the GPS plug to it to keep the wire out of the way.

When not in use, I simply store the GPS in the side pocket of my console, the bracket under the a/c controls.
Out of sight, out of mind. :)

I just ordered a Bayou as well... This is the first vehicle since I was a youngster, that I didn't get fully loaded, Nav is a must for me... but more times than not, after getting ****** around by my OEM nav, I reached for my droid.. So I figured, why buy it decked out, when I hate the line out limitations on OEM radios anyway?

Only thing I'm missing now.. Is leather, and I'll katzkin them soon enough!

I almost upgraded my 130RES radio to a NAV unit, but went with the non-NAV RBZ instead.

Technology keeps changing.
I just bought my wife a new Garmin for the truck,
and it has many more features than her old one that was only a couple of years old
AND it cost less than the price of one NAV update.

Plus, if the radio goes out, we still have the Garmin.

Inspired!

Read this thread a couple days ago and think it is the perfect location for GPS. So, being a tool maker, went to town designing and fabricating a one off creation. Overkill for sure but think it will be very cool. Actually made a base the same shape as rubber tray insert and a lollypop looking mounting surface, all .060 SS. 80% done. All sand blasted and ready for True Blue paint to match body. Will post pics when done.

Can you send me a link to this particular mount please?

I would really like to see pics... before completion, and after.
