Top speaker dash

My question is I have a 2010 Ram and I'm wondering about the top of the dashboard does the top Dash speaker cover come off all in one piece and is it clip or bolted on as the black piece closest to the windshield in the a-pillars coming down to the AC vents on the driver and passenger sides

The speaker cover just pops off with a small pry tool. The speaker itself is bolted in like the other dash speakers.

I think my dash passenger speaker is coming loose thats where the noise is coming from is that possible?

Could be. Might be blown too. Depends on the kind of noise you are hearing.

Yeah a pry tool or a credit card will get that grill off, takes a little persistence. I just did mine about a week ago and made a huge mistake on the drivers.

Regardless, they have been known to get loose, so a 7mm if memory serves me will tighten that up right quickly.

If you get speakers and are not planning on amping them so you can control the volume to each set of speakers, do your self a favor and either find 8 ohm, or a capacitor that will lower them. They will instantly overpower the rest of the truck.
