For the life of me, I can not find a specific part number for this piece I am looking for.....

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Big Horn without the trailer brake controller.
Instead of the trailer brake controller, there is a plastic cover/panel.
For those that do not know, the trailer brake controller is located next to the AUX switch panel underneath the radio.

I am looking for just this plastic cover piece.
Every parts diagram I look at lists the trailer brake controller and not the delete piece.

If no one knows, I guess I will have to rip the panel off and see if there is a part number stamped into the plastic.

Thanks.

-Dan

I might be wrong here, but i believe that whole entire section (the heated/cooled seat switches and the flat black plastic area you pointed out) are all one big part with 1 plug in the back. Im pretty sure there are a ton of different part #s available because of all the different options available in the trucks.

The trailer brake controller pops out of the plastic "bracket" i guess you can call it.
It is a completely separate piece that can be ordered on its own.
As you can see in your picture, it has its own barcode and PN.
This was my findings in all the diagrams I looked through as well.
Can order just the controller by itself, but not the plastic delete panel to replace it.
Kinda odd, you would think the parts diagrams would show the plastic cover for those people that do not have the controller, or someone that removes the factory controller.
Oh well, my search continues.

You are correct that all the little switches are together on one module, with the exception of the brake controller.

I had to buy one of those a couple weeks ago, took me forever to find the part # as well. Sorry I didn't check in here sooner, could've saved you some time. Btw, I spent $5 for mine so you did well!
