So I came out this morning to take my kids to daycare, to find my headliner on driver side over the back seat is dripping wet. So I go to dealer to have it looked at an im told my shark fin is loose and its not covered. So should i do it my self or let them do it.

Its not. How hard would it be to drop the headliner.

kg93 recently did his. You can look up his name or look up his build thread "My Truck, Sliver Sophie" and read all about his experience with changing the headliner.

The rear seat, center seat belt, rear door sills and the rear retractable seat belts bolts all need to be removed as well as the coat hooks and the two trim panels in both corners. Once these are down, the headliner can be lowered enough to get access to the antenna.

All that said, could be the reason the dealer doesn't want to cover it? Just saying.
