I had that flickering instrument cluster issue so the cluster was replaced under warranty. I was very nervous because it seems like no one cares about your truck like you do. Well guess what?!....they somehow managed to cut my dash in two spots!!! They took pics and said they needed to send them to Ram. Why the hell do they need to send it to Ram when they did it!!???? I'm so pissed right now. Now I'm going to have to let them touch my truck again. It only has 800 miles on it. There better not be any push back! I did take pics of the area before I gave them my keys and it clearly was not there.

I suggest you take photos of your whole trucks exterior so you can see no scratches are instilled in the clear coat

Oh I would be pissed too and smart move on taking pictures before having them work on it

You have pictures as proof so I doubt there would be any pushback. Hope it works out. I'd be pissed too

I'm with you 100%. I'm so sorry this happened to you.

Something I'd recommend to everyone. Before leaving your car, take many detailed photos with the dealership and a current newspaper in the frame. This can be important proof of the condition in they event something is damaged.
