I am in the same boat. Hope someone has figured it out.
The switches are just switches. There is an extra pad on the PCB for the auto position, which I doubt is going to be there for the rears. Regardless, you also need some sort of module with logic to detect the stop position and automate the control. On the front doors this is built into the door modules.
