It only took me 15 min to install the Vararam on my 2014 RAM 5.7 Sport, much easier than my previous Corvette C6 installation. There's no wire moving, cutting or anything, just take out the factory OEM box and bolt on.

Drive around the block, love the sound and performance.

Here is the picture, I order them from coloradoSPEED - GM LS | FORD MOD | CHRYSLER HEMI PERFORMANCE PARTS, 3 days shipped from Texas to California.

That finished my engine performance project, inTune ECM, Magnaflow muffler and Vararam CAI, love the sound and performance.

You should remove it, youre not getting the air where youre suppose to with the radiator cover on. All its doing is blocking air.

That's not necessarily true, I've ran mine on and off, the only difference is the temp of the air, it was slightly cooler with it on, you can also trim it if you feel like it's blocking the air flow.

After cutting the front cover to get more air, the truck was acting very strange, gear shifting and power output....so I unplug the negative battery last night and connect it again this morning, the truck runs much smoother, I guess the ECM is trying to learn the new setup.

How is it running now after a couple months usage? Would you purchase the vararam again or try something different? Did it show any gains in power or mpg?

I'm trying to decide on the vararam or s&b.

You just going to swap back to the stock intake when it comes time to smog? I don't believe these are CARB legal?

That's why the 15 min in/out time is attractive. Yes.
