Anyone running this combo?

Will it throw a CEL with the Diablosport canned tune like it will with a stock tuned truck?

I ran my truck with the 180 before the tune without any CEL and now I am running their 91 canned tune without any issues also.

I ran the 180 degree stat with the canned Diablo tune and had no problems, didn't even reset the fan on and off temps, now have a Hemi Fever 89 octane tune and still no problems.

Might look into doing a 180* thermostat. I'm running a HF 89 tune currently and it likes to ping here and there when fully warmed up. Wondering if a 180 tstat would take care of this....

Any of you guys running a canned tune notice any difference in how the truck runs?

I feel like HF 91 is a little faster than DS 91 but daily driving shifting is much better with DS 91 (smoother) so I have been running that lately. Other than that they are very similar. Trying to wait patiently for the DS trans tune for the 2014......

I ran the canned tunes when I first got my Trinity and wasn't all that impressed. It was better than stock but not enough better imo to justify the price of the tuner. Now my HF tune is a different story, that's a night and day difference.

Which HF octane tune are you running? Don't get me wrong I love my truck but I usually just hop in my car for my speed fix. Don't really feel like running 91 with the amount of miles I put on my truck and pretty much will stick to 87 unless hauling a big payload and want to avoid pinging.

Originally I was running a HF93 tune but in warm weather it was pinging pretty bad. Switched to the 89 tune which is what I'm currently running and its only slightly less exciting than the 93 tune.

I drive a Chevy Express for work so I don't drive my truck that much during the week. A tank of premium can last me 2 weeks easily
