I just bought the t1000 and pcm for $650. Cost $115 to have the pcm back to stock.

Is it worth doing this tune? Im alil worried after reading some poor reviews on tuning in jeeps, etc.

What you are thoughts?

If not-id sell for $750.

By all means do it!

Tuning is one of the best bang for the buck mods you can do. It sucks that owners of 2015 + trucks have to get an unlocked PCM to tune. If you got that stuff for that price you done good.

Jay Greene or Sean (Hemifever) Powell can hook you up with a tune.

Well worth it, especially if you're under the usual $1000 for tuner & pcm. As I've said before, canned tuned is decent improvement over stock. Custom tune is a huge difference over canned / stock. Plus custom tune will be able to maximize any gains of future mods.

Yes. A custom tune is well worth it. Even at a grand the power gained is worth the money spent. I picked up .42 tenths at the track w/ just a Jay Green tune, clutch fan delete & 180 t stat in worse weather w/ traction issues. And look at it like this, b/c you need the computer it is forcing you to keep your warranty due to the original computer being untouched. Spending the money sucks but its saving your warranty
