I wiped it all off because I thought it was normal as it was new? And no I didn't detail anything maybe the dealer did

That is by no means normal lol. i know dealers do some messed up stuff to clean/detail but i have never seen actual grease caked like that. i would definitely give everything a thorough cleaning and check for and motor/drive/suspension parts that could be flinging grease. but at least if you thoroughly clean and find more thr next day sometjing is wrong

That is no good. Not sure what that is but it shouldn't be there. Ive never seen anything like that on my new Ram or '16 Charger. It would be hard for me to believe the factory did that but anything is possible I guess.

If you have four wheel drive, could be the transaxle boot has busted and is slinging axle grease in all directions when you turn the wheel. Just my opinion. Also check to see if oil filler cap is tight and oil and tranny dipstick is in all the way.
