2014 should be the 8 speed. Only choice is gears. 4x4 or 4x2? Lifted with tires?

Yeap 3:92s for sure and if you dont have one go ahead and ad the lsd in it.

Plan on these next year for mine I am sure the 35s I am going to ad will kill off some power off..

Maybe look into 4.10 if your going to lift it. Should be roughly the same price as 3.92 but you won't notice much loss. Especially being 4x2

Also look into limited slip if you do gear swap. And I don't believe any torque converters are available for the 8spd rams yet. And even if they were I like how my truck responds with the 3.92s and 33s. I'd love 4.10 when I put 35s on it but I think I'll be ok

Any pictures of your truck? Your gas mileage will go down with bigger tires and gear swap.

If you don't have a LSD be sure you get one when you swap gears. Trust me. You will Love both tires planted on the pavement with Full power.

3.92 or 4.10 will both do what you want. LSD is almost a must. If you want to enhance your acceleration you should consider a Pedal Commander. It does not increase the hp or the tq, however it does significantly increase the acceleration. It's plug and play with no footprint. There is a lengthy thread on the Pedal Commander, it might be worth your time to read some of the comments.

I'll take some advice also. I have a 2011 4.7 with 5 speed tranny ECO mode. Has a 6" lift with 33's. Wanting to go either 35 or 37's soon. What kinda gearing do I have now and what would I need to get quick acceleration from a stop, better gas milage and offroading. It's a 4x4. I here gearing isn't as expensive as the labor installing them. Is that true?

Also have a Pedal Commander installed. It helps, bUT idk about helping when on bigger tires. I get roughly 13.5- 14 mpg with my current set up.

Get a build sheet for your truck and see what the existing gear ratio is now. Would get more accurate information about what to change too, if we knew what you had to start with. You might consider 4.10's or 4.56's depending on where you're at now. Gears can be purchased from Moe's Performance here in this site. Installation can run $250 to $500 per differential depending on where you go.
