do you think you still could've beat that 5.0 with a good driver? if so, that's very encouraging for the rest of us.

saw a vid of another ram owner who beat a 5.0 and he had spray. couldn't remember what the 5.0 ran, but i believe the ram ran 12.5

Hell no, the new 5.0s run 12.7 stock, just don't know what that guy was doing. Unless he had a fake 5.0 badge and was a V6 but still they guy should have put a better fight up.

Updated for Mad1stGen, Garner, Tyler, TheBlackHemi, Hemi450hp!

Sorry, stepped down as a mod for a while so I can catch up on life, but I can still update the times. Great stuff guys!!! You guys are getting fast as hell N/A!

Couple quick questions...

TheBlackHemi - 2WD or 4WD?

Hemi450hp - What cab style, 2WD or 4WD, and what was the date?

Went to Gainesville yesterday and man was the two hour drive worth it! I was the first one down the track and the prep is awesome. I thought I hooked pretty good at Orlando Speedworld, but there's a reason it was jokingly called Spinworld.

The only thing that has changed on the truck since my last visit to a track was removing the factory duals with a 18" Magnaflow in favor of the factory single tailpipe with the resonator removed with a 14" Magnaflow. My first two runs were in full street trim. I took my tailgate gate off for my third and final run and the difference was negligible to say the least.

As soon as I get my tax return back I'll be getting a converter. Then look out as I go for the fastest 4th Gen. N/A title.

Hell Yeah Tyler!! You are going to easily run low 13's with a converter. I know many guys cutting 1.8 60' times with your mods and a converter, so these times are going to drop even more. Congrats!!

I wanna do it in full street trim too including the 20" street tires all around. I know it's not ideal, but I know it's possible.

Your problem is going to be traction. A 1.8 is going to be very hard to do on 20's after the converter. I think I read that you were looking for a 3200-3400 as well, so it is going to make it even more difficult to get traction.

I'm kind of wary of the 3200 now and I'm thinking of getting a 2800-3000, but the track prep is damn good at Gainesville. I've seen Greychevy cut a 1.9 recently with the factory 20" Goodyears at OSW so that gives me hope too.

Isnt he 4wd though? I agree with you on the converter...3200-3400 is too high for these trucks. I thikn you would be better off setting it up at 2800 now which will leave you some room to grow as you keep modding. I doubt you will be done after the converter...haha.

He claims to run in 2wd only. Once I do longtubes with next year's tax return I'm done, seriously. Just want to get into the 13.2-13.3s, but I said the same thing about getting to mid 13s haha.

Maybe I can get Chris at Circle-D to make me a 3000-3200, but we'll see how I feel when the time comes.

258mm. Too many tuning issues with the 245s.

I got a nice bonus today so I'm gonna try and talk to Chris over at Circle-D about ordering my 3000-3200 single disk today. I'm ******* pumped!
