I have a '14 Ram 1500 and I am looking into oil catch cans. I got the truck in September and it had 44k. Since then I have put a couple thousand mils on it. Should I still look at adding a catch can, or is the damage already done from the first 45k on the motor. What is the preferred and/or best catch can foe these engines in regards to capacity and function?

Billet tech is the best hands down due to the mesh in the cap. I'm glad I did mine!

That's after 2k miles of being installed. I installed mine at 56k miles. Some seriously thick sludge in there

I don't think it's never too late. I got mine from Moe's Performance.

Cool deal thanks for the info. Anyone running the upgraded Braided hoses, or will the included PVC ones work fine?

I think that's just for cosmetics. I have no issues with the factory rubber. I just cut mine a little shorter than the included length. Fits beautifully and easy to get to

I saw the Diablo one. What is different between that one and the billet tech one. They look similar.

The amount of oil getting captured is incredible! I have a CC on both my cars and it would take years of driving to get a full can - totally different engines, of course. I'd definitely install one - might even do it now at 240,000 km!
