I believe 2014 and up don't need to buy another fan as the stock electric fan is enough. You would just remove factory fan clutch.

I have a 2016, so no t-stat, no custom tune? Just remove the fan clutch and done?

Most people do a 180 t stat and custom tune as well, but its not required.
The factory e fan is already programmed to come on with the A/C and when running warm. If you do a thermostat and tune, the tuner can program it to come on earlier.

NO!!!! You need to at Least get the 180 t-stat if you plan on removing your clutch fan. And if your not planning on modding or tuning then there is no point in removing it.
