Anyone Else Have/Had a Problem with P1004?

I've been searching and finally found my answer. just wanted to see if anyone else had caught it. it's a valve on the back of the intake that is bad. I'm going to replace mine and wanted to see if anyone else has already done it .

This bulletin involves replacing the Short Runner Valve (SRV), SRV connector, wiring
pigtail, and adding a new stud for a tie strap.

2009 (DH) Ram Trucks (1500/2500)

NOTE: This bulletin applies to 2009 vehicles equipped with a 5.7L engine (Sales
code EZC, EZD or EZH) built before January 22, 2009 (MDH0122XX).

Yes, be very afraid. I just felt like saying that lol. Idk actually but since it's a tsb it'll get fixed for free so might as well bring it in or see if it has already been done

Yeah dodge did a recall on it. Not sure if your mom went in and had it done though

it also depends on when your truck was made. i'm going to head up to the local dodge dealership tomorrow and see what they tell me

Ok so I found my note with the codes and I had codes p0562 and p1004... Any idea what the other one was??

Me either but since the day the came up they haven't came back and that was well over a month ago
