Me too! Pictures please or it didn't happen. Also speaking of hp gains, what are you seeing for extra horsepower with that turbo??

The average for FBO N/A engines with the U/D pulley is 10-15hp, you'll likely see a difference around the same amount since you're not turning any additional accessories.

Any charging/cooling issues with the underdrive? My main concern is keeping the engine cool, and battery charged, an extra 15hp isnt worth it if I cant sit in Jersey traffic for half the day lol. I have built a few fox bodys and I know U.D. pulleys is a big no no on them once you clear the 450hp +/- mark.

Its a Spartan Turbo kit, check out facebook.com/mothersperformance for pics, I gained 130hp and 200tq on 5 psi. took 3 seconds and gained 23mph in the 1/4

I've had a head/cam/nitrous '07 with an U/D in northern Alberta for years and charging/heat was never ever an issue. I had an e-fan on a thermostat controller so it would even run key-off and when running an Optima yellow top there was never any issues. My '09 now had an u/d pulley for a a year before I threw the first procharger on it and the with the v6 e-fan swap there was never any cooling or charging issues and I was running dual batteries with a bigger than average stereo system.

The factory charging system works just fine with the u/d pulley and most people that have done it are also running either the v6 fan swap or have just removed the clutch fan and are running the aux fan with the setpoints changed with their programmer. Lots of them in Texas/Arizona with no cooling issue as well if that gives you an idea of how well it still works.

If you're going to keep pushing your "Spartan Turbo Kit" you should probably sign up as a vendor. JSIA...

Really wasnt trying to push it, it was a legitimate question. Thats why I didnt put the website link up, or the stores phone number. But i dont want to get yelled at everytime someone asks me about my turbo kit. So I avoid alot of the questions, like where did you get it, price, availability, or pics of the store. I dont want to step on anyones toes.

I messaged them about being a vendor, well see how much it is. I would offer a discount to forum members of course. Im not really big on forums to be honest, have a hard enough time keeping up with amazon, ebay, my website, facebook, and instagram....

If you’re looking for more power, why not just turn up the boost past 5psi? 5psi is definitely on the conservative side.
