Well I put this in my other thread but it's mostly dead and forgotten as it was all about the install...

This is what I found after about 350 miles of mostly highway, surprisingly light footed driving (trying something new), and a bit in town:

It wasn't straight oil...kind of a brownish hue to it like it had been watered down...I'm guessing it's from the same moisture that we always see condensing on the roof of the oil filler cap.

It just kills me to think how much got in during the 7500 miles I drove the truck before I put the can on.

And to think, Billet Technology states you can't use one of these in our trucks....that they don't work??

I think the BT reference is only for their fittings/hoses as it's marketed towards the LX platform. If you use different hoses and fittings, it should, key word, should work in any other fuel injected truck/ car.

I used the hoses they provided and they are fine.
