A/C stop working

I have a 2014 ram 1500 5.7l 56k miles. I popped the hood to see if the compressor is runing and it is, no whining but the ac lines are sweating. Can somebody, anybody help me out? Thanks in advanced.

Out of warranty? More info, is it blowing warm air or any air?

Not blowing through vents? Fan by radiator not working? If I can find my receipt for what I had done a few years back I will post it up. It was something like an actuator. I know the cost if I was out of warranty would have been around 300 bucks because I asked the dealer.

The rad fan is working, no air from the vents at all. No visible leaks but the ac lines was sweating

My guess would be the actuator that controls the vent doors. I had the same thing, I will do my best to drum up my receipt.

I would get an actuator, they are under 30 bucks but may take some time to get here. Gotta open your dash though, here youtube. Unless you want to shell out 300 for the dealer.

I just check google and seems like it mite covered under a k17 recall. Have anyone heard anything like this?

Is there any clicking sound? Yes there was a recall, but I wasn't sure if it was up to 2014. Worth a try. You are in a time crunch and need air of your gonna go to Florida in august, I might bite the bullet and have the dealer look at it.

Not for nothing.. I had one of those Damn actuators get stuck in my charger - easy fix.

Just curious.. Is your fan blowing/on? I also had to replace the a.c. blower motor.. Which was easy as well

When it first went out, if I turn it off and turn back on i can hear somthing moving its not doing that anymore. And its not making a sound its not blowing any air at all.

Yea i mite just do that in the morning cause i cant drive for 12hrs like that lol not going happen

Sounds like you issue is woth the. Lower motor. Either a bad relay, fuse, wire or like for me.. My drain plug was backed up and. I got water all the way into the blower and shorted the motor

since this could be a blower issue, a fuse issue, blend door issue eat... i agree with burla, let the dealer fix it for you. i would hate to go to florida with the AC not working properly.

Yea i know. I just watch a youtube clip where it was the resister and the blower motor, so ima grab those in the morning and hope fully that fix it. What you guys think.
