Looking to get a CAI soon. Was wondering what some of you guys prefer. Also dual exhaust came stock on my 2011 Laramie. Wanted to know the best way to get a more aggressive sound from it. I hate to get a new exhaust system or anything since mine only has 20k miles on it :/

Maybe just replace the stock muffler, and add new tips

take a look at mufflex. They make kits that clap directly in to the location of the stock muffler. I got the 14" kit and love it. They use magnaflow mufflers

Here is a link to mufflex

So you would just cut the stock off and clamp the new one in it's place? Is this sufficient enough without welding?

As far as CAI's are concerned, I have the Vavaram on mine, and absolutely love it!

I would recommend the K&N 63 series intake. You can hear the difference in the engine.

I would recommend a Borla muffler. T304 stainless construction, straight-through design, and great sound. I personally feel getting mufflers welded on is better than clamp on kits...although there is probably no difference. More of a piece of mind thing I guess. DSCN0243.MOV - YouTube

No cutting or welding just clamps into place I have one that's coming now and I can't wait.
