So in my 2011 5.7 I have the usual lifter tick I guess it's common lol I know in a cam swap you need different lifters right? I figured since I was there I would go ahead and put a cam in it? Also would I need to tune my ecu once I get the cams in or anything? Also I know comp cams make 3 stages of cam for the hemi I believe has anyone tried them to see how much of a difference performance and idol wise with them? Thanks for answering any questions!

Yes you will need a tune. Lots of a good tuner options with knowledgeable people in regards to cams.
Matt, Sean, and Jay for starters.

So how much does this usually run? Is this like something that needs to be dyno tuned? Or can I just purchase a Ecu from them?

Email tune will work, might take a few revisions to get it dialed in.

Not to crash the party but sounds to me there are 3 brains involved with one product that the customer gets vs 1 brain.....

One option is buying from Moe's and buying the tuning with the purchase which no matter who you go through I'd recommend that.

My truck can be a test mule for a cam :)

And it begins again *sigh*

A cam from either Moes or Jay will require tuning, some cams require springs depending on lift, some cams require a phase limiter. Lifters are completely optional for any cam depending if you want to delete the MDS completely or not.

What kind of cam are you looking for? Planning on keeping it as your DD? What other mods do you have?

Quite the statistic. Have receipts to back this claim? Or just spewing? Third person aside, I had no idea people were aloud to peddle their own merchandise when they aren't forum recognized vendors? Or are you just trying to get yourself deleted again? I had already advocated for you and your product.

Hmm, I feel you put yourself in that position when you implied your product was superior to Moe's Performance. I'm a pretty level headed guy, I don't run your products but many happy customers do. Thus why I mention you on the forums frequently when someone is asking for direction.

But we can digress man. Not gonna tell you how to run your business no more than you tell me how to arrange my garage.

Your best options are, in no particular order:

Moes-performance.com (Matt)
You can find Greene Racing (Jay) on Facebook
Modern muscle performance (Dave)
