Had a misfire on #5 cylinder. Only happens at high rpms (4000-5000) Replaced all spark plugs, moved coil packs and replaced fuel injector. Didn't fix the problem. Took to dealer and have been told that cam for the right bank needs replaced. They quoted for 3,900 dollars. This sounds high to me and wanted to know what you think
