Is it cool to cut the hoses to make it a smooth fit ?

Absolutely. Trim to fit,,,

I usually dump my BT can after the engine has cooled/before I go somewhere,,, No real reason it has to be done otherwise, unless you like the smell of burning flesh,,,

TIP: You do not have to tighten the bajesus out of the can when reinstalling,,, Just ~lightly snug~ it. (I usually ~snug~ it down and then back it off just a hair,,,)

If you install a little radiator to help cool the catch can I have hurt you an increase fuel mileage by 20%. :roflsquared:

The Moroso unit installs farther forward,, up to the right of the rad,,, and it has a drain valve on it,,,

I believe it 'might' run a little cooler due to location,,, but,,,, IMHO,,, the BT does a pretty respectable job for the $$$, and it isn't that big a deal to drain it if you do it when cool,,,

The BT does 'tuck in' nice adjacent to the engine,,, looks like a part of the engine vs the ever so slight 'I.V. bag' look,,,,

That will be the next mod. lol

I have mine mounted where the Moroso sits. Who knows how hot it gets and who cares. Anything under the hood when its 95+ is going to get hot..

I sold my '13 with a catch can installed. I hope the guy knows to empty it regularly. If not, oh well...

What? You're not going to try and sell him a TB spacer and some snake oil fuel additive too?
