It could be but if the codes came back after clearing them I suspect it may not be the tune but some other fault. Is the O2 sensor new?

I'm just thinking if the tune wasn't correct from the get go that when I really cranked on it it set off the sensors tripping the light .... Guess I'll wait for sean to get back to me from Hemifever. And I'll call moes performance as well in the morning.... This stuff always happens on the weekend :-(

I also switched my pedal commander to sport 3 before I hammered on it ... Not sure if that has anything to do with it

Long tubes? Shorties? Cat deletes? You haven't given nearly enough info to diagnose this via keyboard. Did they delete the cats? Relocate them? Does the tune have the post cat warning lights tuned out?

Sounds like your first 2 phone calls monday morning need to be hemi fever and your exhaust shop, as one of them either goofed the tune, or wasn't smart enough to correctly plug in the sensors, or tell you that trouble codes are going to happen with a cat delete, unless custom tuned CORRECTLY.

There is a pre cat, and post cat on BOTH sides originally. With long tubes you usually have the rear one programmed out with the tune, and cats are deleted. UNLESS you put in high flow cats or had yours relocated. Of course none of which was specified, and all of which should have been conveyed to you by HF and your shop.

Ok so this is the info know. I ordered arh long tube headers with cat. The headers were installed at a shop . Prior to them being installed Sean at hemifever wrote me a tune accommodating for my headers .... (I spoke with him via email about the codes and he says they are definitely o2 sensors related) I also sent him a log .

I went under the truck a few minutes ago and looked at the o2 sensors and harnesses and didn't see any signs of melting or pinching ..... I did notice the harnesses/extensions that are used all have the same plugs which may have made it easy for a simple mistake of plugging into the wrong plug??? Not sure if that cause these specific codes .

It was my understanding the high flow cats would allow for both sensors to be in use without a delete .

I'm hoping it's a quick "switch plug fix"

Sounds like the sensors are plugged in at the wrong location. They need to go back in exactly where they came out, and I'm willing to bet he shop just got them mixed up when they put it back together. A circuit code is 9/10 related to a wiring issue.

UPDATE:
May have figured it out! Checked the o2 sensors numbers and locations with the ones from dealership , one was out of place along with one of them being a wrong number??? (Keep in mind they were my stock o2 sensors) anyways cleared codes and moved sensors , and ensured all wiring and connectors were good... So far no code.... Drove probably 20 hard miles so far.

So learn from my installers mistakes.... Don't mix up the o2 sensors when swappjng from stock to longtubes. !!! Fingers crossed it was a simple fix

make sure your tune does not have the rear o2's turned off, otherwise you'll have issues with your NY inspection
