About 10 days ago I installed a new Hemifever tune along with the modified stock Fastman throttle body and BT catch can. Now my truck won't pass the catalyst and O2 monitors. No check engine codes and I graphed the front 2 O2 sensors and they seem to be working properly. Is this related to the upgrades or do I have a sensor going bad? What else should I check?

After you load a tune or reset your computer, it takes a few days of driving before the sensors show ready again.

Yes, like I said it's been about 10 days and 400 miles. All the other monitors are ready, just not Catalyst and O2. I have also been keeping the fuel tank around 1/2 to 3/4 full

Have you changed any settings in the tuner in the last 10 days? have you done multiple key cycles or just a few longer trips?

I have many key cycles and drove it to work for 5 days. It's about 22 miles each way of mix city and highway driving

yea, it should be fine after about 50 miles so it's not due to an ecu reset. Have you gotten an inspection to pass since the long tubes were put on? Nothing in the tune is stopping the o2's from going active so that should be fine. I could try a different type of header tune for the codes to see if that makes it act different

I didn't even install that tune yet. Headers are being put on Thursday. I knew inspection was due this month so I didn't want to mess with it again. I ordered 4 new 02 sensors from Rock Auto because they were under $100 for all 4.

I literally just went through the same thing, but, I forgot to get inspected before the headers. Any way it wouldn't pass the readiness monitor for the same catalyst and o2. I went though two full takes of hwy and city. Still nothing. So I decided to retune it , it needed an update as per Diablo , then I got the new tunes from hemifever. I went back after about 350 miles and still weren't ready. Real bummer! So I drove through another full tank and brought it (anxiously) yesterday and minutes later it had a new sticker. Moral of the story for me was to just be patient. It took a lot longer than I had expected, but it was all good in the end. Ps.... That's with the LT's and hemifever 93 header tune
