Boughs used i1000 FCC. Trying to install a tune . Mainly to adjust my tire size. This thing won't update. Here are a few pictures of the screen. Ready to smash this thing with a hammer.

When I did hook it to the truck. It said undefined tune and wouldn't install. I'm afraid it's gona ruin my truck. It's my daily driver. Can't have it down over some stupid tuner

Are you sure the previous owner returned his truck back to stock before he sold it to you?

Turn on the intune either by plug it into the truck or your computer and look in the settings then go to Tool Status. If it says 0/1 then its unmarried, if it says 1/1 it has to be unlocked and you would have to get in touch with diablo to get it reset for a price. Hope this helps

Their tech support has been great for me. Call them 8-5pm and theyll get you squared away.

When I was talking to their tech support I found out I was actually talking to a company called Powerteq, which owns Superchips, Diablo, and Edge FYI

There update they sent me worked. Thanks for the diablosport forum tip. Way faster than emailing them. Only put 87 octane tune in . But changed throttle,moved shift points,fixed speedometer and shut the annoying mds off.

I1000 DCX is. They sent me an update file. All good now. I just don't have a lot of patience for technical stuff like that.

You were right. The I1000 isn't compatible. I got one of them from a friend. But the I1000DCX is compatible.

Hi, is it really worth getting one of these little gadgets? Can you really tell a difference? I'm looking into getting one but I'm not sure it'll be worth it

If you only buy 1 performance part for the truck, the tuner needs to be that part. No other bolt on upgrade will show the same hp/dollar upgrade that you get from tuning.
