Diablo trinity no mds arghhh

Just recently got my diablo trinity for my 2016. And first thing i did was update it from the actual download off diablos website. But while trying to use my fuel up to move on up to 93 octane i do not not have a mds off or on parameter. Has anyone else expierenced this and i dont know if im missing any other thing to modify my tunes with. Also had to set it on year 2015 for my 16 even though its the same. Just curious if im missing something or its the way it is. Because i know alot of guys just buy the tuner to turn off mds and if thats the case screwed here lol.

I read somewhere that it isn't an option 15+.

I think you can only do it with a custom tune, don't think you can turn it off with the quick tune options.

Ok cool all i wanted to know thanks guys custom tune on the way lol. Just i know people want this option so hope they research having a 15 an up.

Idk about 15+ but I turned mine off with the quick tune. I have the 87 tune and modified it with quick options and turned it off.

I have a 2015 with an i2, MDS was available for me in the advanced tune menu. However, it did not show up at first. I had to repeat the update process on my computer several times and reattempt tuning with the advanced menu before options such as MDS on/off or e-fan adjustment would show up. I am just using the canned 91 octane tune, 93 isn't very common where I live.

Until you get the Diablo ironed out, you can always hit Tow/Haul.

That is a good idea! I might have to do that until I pull the trigger to get a custom tune

I've turned MDS off with Diablo on my '16
I'm on the canned 91 tune, does that make difference?

Tow haul does not turn off MDS, you have to put it in manual mode using the +- shifting and set it to 8th gear

Are you sure about that? I have a 2012 and selecting Tow/Haul most certainly deactivates MDS. I'm currently running a custom tune with MDS programmed out, but when I go back to stock, I use T/H to shut it off, otherwise its annoying as hell with my exhaust.

Sorry to hear Diablo was more than helpful with my t-1000 and I bought mine used.

The 8 speed won't turn MDS off with tow haul. The 5/6 speed will. I used to run. My truck in 5th in the manual mode to turn mine off I wasn't a huge fan of running tow haul all the time even though it didn't hurt anything.
