diablo trinity tcm tune help

I cannot get my custom tcm tune to work on my 16 ram with a trinity. Has anyone else had this issue. Maybe im doing something wrong. But i keep getting images on the screen like this.

i can get the pcm tune to load just fine. It is the tcm that is having the problems.

Have your tuner to overlook the .drg file.
Could be corrupt file or have you loaded this same tune before?

No i have never loaded this tune before. So do i just send him the files he sent me to see if there corrupt or i needto get off tuner how i go about it.

When i am in the ds downloader and on the express tab trying to load 2 tunes at once. It will work with the pcm tune but once i do the tcm and choose the original back up i get this message. The crc of your original backupfile does not match that of the tune file. Please fine the correct original backup for this tune, or use an original backup file downloaded from the tool to re create a new tune. And i got my backup straight from the tool and is the one i am trying.

Ok guys thanks for everything pretty sure file was bad. Got a new one all loaded well i still havent drove it yet so time will tell.
