The spark plug furthest toward the firewall on drivers side came out looking pretty rough for 39000 miles on a 2012... What do you guys think could this have caused any issues should I be worried now that they are all new again?

Looks like it had bum plating from the get go.

I am going to have to agree, even if water condensation was getting past the coil pack and boot, the original plating should have never went into a horrible corroded state like that. I wouldn't worry much after this plug change unless you see a re-occurrence from the same cylinder next time.

How much salt do they put on the roads in Wi?

Looks like that thing has been dipped in the North Sea. Lol
