Well my fiancé just told me that she is giving me some money to buy the intune and hemifever custom tune for Easter!!!
Yeah I'm pumped!!
Now the question is do I do the swap or get a new pcm and have 2?

Save your headache and buy the 2nd pcm. If you have warranty issues, swap them back and then take it back. if you dont have a stock pcm you could be on the hook for repair charges.

That's what I was thinking since I have lifetime power train warranty in case the dealership gets stupid.

Well she does have a new house, a diamond ring, and a big hutch that she's been wanting for awhile. Guess she thought it's time to spoil me now. Lol

All about give and take, you give she takes, sometimes she gives back.

I too have the lifetime max care which covers everything. so i bought the 2nd PCM just in case FCA wants to get picky

Another vote for second PCM. Recently had a friend who's battery died while loading a tune and messed up his PCM. His truck was out of commission until he could get the dealer to reflash a factory tune in it. This was on a 3rd Gen, but the peace of mind having the factory PCM available still applies.
