Looking for a cheap but good exhaust system for my 03 ram 2500 quad cab 5.7 hemi I have a after market flow master on it now but the muffler dose not have the hangers on the muffler like the stock one had only have the hanger that's on the pipe that goes over the diff looking for like a cheap cat backvexhaust that I could throw on there that as the hangers so it stops moving around

Just have a shop weld on some hangars to the muffler body. Works great. I had to do that with my 2007 MegaCab when I installed a Magnaflow muffler because it was shorter than the stock can.
Here's what I mean:
Hangars can also be welded to the pipe as needed.
Now if you want a totally new catback system check out Borla, Magnaflow and Gibson.
Me picking one for you is tough because what sounds good to me may not sound good to you. You'll have to make that decision.
