Dropped the truck off on Wednesday to get the studs swapped. Picked it up today to figure out its been sitting since Friday morning because the guy broke the extractor into the head. So they are ordering a new passenger head to replace it.

Should I ask how much it would be to pull the other head and replace the lifters while its all torn apart?

Think they would charge me extra for pulling the other head? Or should I just complain to the manager about their terrible service.

**** the service advisor told me the truck was good to go and have me the keys. Didn't know a damn thing

They may have repaired the head and put a helicoil in it, double check if they replaced the head or not. as for if its still being worked on, I'd say a 50% discount on labor. I think thats fair to both

I have the truck. They are ordering a new head for the passenger side.
