I have a question maybe a lot of you or none of you have run into but anyway.....it started when I removed and cleaned fuel injectors. When I went to install them I noticed that the brackets that fit between the rail and injectors were not allowing them to seat all the way down into the engine only on driver side. I can see the top of o rings but seems to be no fuel leakage. Is this normal?

They need to be seated all the way in. You won't have fuel leaks, but may have some vacuum leaks which would affect performance and MPG.
You can spread some dielectric grease on the o-rings to help seat them.

Hope this helps.
