Is there anyway to tell by my vin number which gearing I have? I'm new to the dodge truck world and will be towing a lowboy and I know certain gear ratios are preferable.
Oh by the way I have 1999 with the 318 and automatic.

Click on "equipment listing" on the left and fill in you VIN number. It will give you your build sheet information.
