Help with noise

So Im starting to get this weird bottom end noise. WTF could it be ?

Hopefully the videos audio is clear enough over my exhaust. sounds like a weird knocking noise thats not constant.

Have you tightened all the exhaust bolts?

The swishing sound or the banging sound? Banging sound seams like a very slight hemi tick, probably the most mild I've heard other then when it is non existent. Swishing sound has to be exhaust or vacuum. Any other symptoms besides sound? Idle speed or rpm's good? No stalling at all?

video audio sucks cauz of my exhaust, its a metal to metal banging sound right underneath at idle. Probably because it's the only time I can hear it over the headers and exhaust...lol...

almost sounds like a bad valve but it's not in that area at all...lol...

Likely exhaust, get some one inch hose and listen on the bottom both sides. Or stethoscope. The exhaust issue can sound exactly like the top lifter knock. I've heard both many times here and in person.
