2011 qc lifted with 35s and 3.92 gears. efan k&n cai and 14" magnaflow 180 tstat and catch can. first installed the 93 tune straight from diablo with a couple of mods such as fan on temp, tire size, throttle sensitivity partial and wot shift points and mds off. truck wouldnt shift out of 1st till 5800 for some reason. did this with 93 and 91 tune. reset all tune parameters and modified everything same as above except shift points i left them to diablo specs. truck would shift out of 1st now but i didnt like the schedule. figured why not go ahead and get a hemifever tune. hit him up and within one night he sent me his custom tune and had me retuned in the morning. truck kick ass now. with tc off i can spin the tires for about 35-40 feet and gets me all giggily. i know, i know you want numbers, well i didnt do a log with the stock tune and so forth but i have 0-60 times if that will please you.

stock tune

hemifevers first tune

and his revised tune
-AC17-4894-8C12-2A01C8C92635-7631-00001120F354A5CB.jpg

now keep in mind this is a truck that has a full tank of gas, tool box full of tools and mud terrain 35s. On a side note i have been talking to diablo about the initial shift problems and they said a fix is on the way. they had this problem with the first release of this tune and had an update for it, well they released another update and apparently the shift fix didnt carry through. anyone wanna race? :flamingdevil:

0-60 in under 6 seconds on 35s and quad cab!!! I'm thoroughly impressed. I know there is a lot of garbage that goes down in between my foot hitting the pedal and the tires actually starting to spin. Ive got the trinity on order Ill def be getting up with hemifever when all the 2012 stuff is out!

Thanks for the post!

It's just kinda hard to believe your running an 0-60 in the 5 sec range with a lift on 35s with the mods you have listed. I know pretty much his tunes usually come with the tire size set at 31.5"(at least mine did) so I think this might be the case because to drop almost 2 secs is nuts with no supporting mods. I'm not saying it can't be done but I know for a fact with what you have in performance mods if we lined up there's no way you would be able to keep up with me but your 0-60 says otherwise. Best run I've ever recorded was a 5.18 0-60 but I usally cut a 0-60 in the 5.3 range all day from a cold start.....Maybe I could be wrong but that 0-60 would put you in the High 13 but most likely low 14s range in the 1/4.

real numbers man, the 5.6 is the best run, most of them were around the low 5.7's. it was around 35* when i did those runs. yes i changed the tire size before installing the custom tunes as i had to also change the mds, tc, and throttle sensitivity. on the stock tune, i really felt the tc kick in and killed the truck to about 20-25. if i have to ill make a video

actually come to think about it, i bet my stock time is the one thats off. when i put the stock tune back in i didnt re-adjust the tire size. so stock time is prolly in the 6s

Your first pic above; is that STOCK, stock tune (Mopar), or Stock Diablo 93 canned tune?

thats the stock tune, plus not being compensated for the oversized tires. i knew something was off when it shifted into 3rd before the 60 mph clock stopped. when i get some more time to play around, im gonna try out some different launching techniques. all the above times were just in drive and foot off brake than stomp on gas. seems like the truck is temperamental as sometimes when i stomp it the tires will scream for mercy and the truck will get sideways, sometimes i get a minor couple of chirps from the tires and its off. Ionno gotta figure it out.

Sometimes I hate being on forums. I try to have a mindset that my express is powerful enough in stock form since its just a daily driver. If I want to drag race or just mess around I have a Cobra for that. But damn, that's awfully quick for a full size truck. I'll probably go for it when it's released for the '12's. Damn it

So here are my results with HF tune.
I didnt see any 0 to 60 difference however.....
I was experiencing lots of st and lt kr. I now, with HF tune, didnt lose any performance but lost my kr issues both at wot and partial throttle that many of us were seeing while cruising down the road. It is a huge peace of mind to not have the issues with the canned tune.

Backed up by datalogs and HF himself. i had him on the phone while conducting the test because i had anticipated great gains but did not see what i expected.
I have 3.55 gears and he suspect that is why i am not seeing gains as others are.

My 0 to 60 times were in the low 7s i ran HF tunes and the canned tune back to back. So I didnt see any difference. My best 0 to 60 time was 6.52 with canned tune but the temp was about 20 degrees cooler.
Keep in mind with the slower 7 sec times that was strictly standstill, mash the throttle so no power braking to get rpms up first. I did that to maintain consistency between canned tune and HF tunes.

You are more than welcome to drive to Austin and check for yourself. I am and was just in as much disbelief as you are.
Dont get me wrong i am happy with not having the st and lt kr that i did with the canned tunes.

stock wheels? what mods do you have? do you ever feel that your truck is temperamental? like one time you take off and its like a monster, but the next time its not as aggressive?

Yes i do, one day roasting tires the next being passed by grandmas...lol
i think partially its temp and humidity. Whenever it cools off its a beast for sure!

Wished i could nail down why its so tempermental.

Im running stock 20s with cooper atp in stock size.
