Got the truck in for it's exhaust change this morning at 8am and picked the truck up at 11:30am. The 24 MagnaFlow never really did the job as far as sounding quite right but like the 2010 Hemi 4x4 rcsb I finally have the 14 MagnaFlow on the 2014. Heavy metal now sings from the rear end. I have the Flowmaster 10's on the 12 SRT8 Challenger and when I nail it it's just to raspy (sounds like poo poo).

The only other exhaust setup I have heard that sounds close to the 14's would be the Flowmaster 40's. Everyone has a different sense of what sounds good/great but to my perfect hearing nothing and I mean nothing beats the MagnaFlow 14's. Now I am waiting on the tuner to turn off the ****** mds and all will be great in Hemi land:favorites13:

Can you tell me more about " 24 MagnaFlow never really did the job as far as sounding quite right". I have a Maggy 18 and get a lot of drone on the highway and was thinking the 24 might still have some tone to it but not quite as much drone.

Ive got the 14 too and still want to remove reso's, ive been real curious on how it would sound to replace the muffler with a y and then replace the reso's with two magnaflows or borlas to have an exhaust setup similar to a muscle car

I have the Magnaflow 24, and there is little if any drone... Sounds good to me...

I want to do this so bad, but I don't want to blow money on something that doesn't sound right. I want something that has a small rumble at idle...but kicks ass when I stomp on it...I could u tube it all day, but I would rather hear it in person.

I went with jones (knockoff magnaflow) stainless 18 inch 3 inch in 2.25 dual outs for under $50 then added ~14 inches of 3 inch pipe to make up the difference in length. Sounds perfect to me. Had a straight pipe setup before which sounded great but a little too loud when towing. Still have a that setup available if anyone wants it.

I love my Stainless Works cat back. My buddies at the track call it aggressive but refined lol whatever that means. To me it is loud like straight piped when you get on it but none of the rasp like you get with straight pipes.
