My truck idles low 99% of the time. No check engine lights and today finally started idling around 750/800rpm mark for a short period of time which made it much smoother. It then returned to its usual 500rpm nonsense.
It usually chooses to idle around 500rpm and causes a vibration in the cab and a shudder when letting off the brake at the light.
Anyone know how I can turn my idle up?
- Engine oil is fresh
- Air filter is clean
- Spark plugs all recently done
- No check engine light
- tranny fluid clean
I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
