Just put this in today. I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure what it does. But, from what I understand of it, it seems like this should be an OEM part.

That certainly seems like a easy to get to spot for draining. Good job. Does the Moroso come with instructions for installation? And is that the Ram specific, with longer hoses?

Instructions, yes. All parts shown were included in the package. It is the Moroso "for" the Dodge, but it's such a universal part it can/does fit most vehicles. You simply find the bolt you want to use for mounting (find one already existing - no drilling needed. And the rest just replaces your original hose.

Yes, but no, from what I understand. I (think) it's a little better than a catch can.

I also have the Moroso and am very happy with it. Please let us know how much crap it catches! I have to dump out SO little compared to anyone else on the board, I'm starting to worry it's not catching as much as it should. I need to pull my TB and have a look.

you picked a good one, have the same on mine, it has stopped about 3oz of blow by oil from entering my throttle body in 6k miles.
