People will say a ported tb and tuner, I don't have either yet but they are both on the agenda.

I will say that the 2 best mods that I've done so far are the 87mm throttle body and bullydog tuner next would be CAI and Mufflex exhaust

you might want to consider headers. the JBA shorty's that I installed are a great addition.

Welcome and nice choice on the truck! I'd go for tuner, Ported TB the e-fan and in that order.

Like the guys have mentioned, a tuner and longtube headers are going to show the biggest gains. After that, I would look into a tq converter and a ported throttle body. Those 4 mods combined with your current intake/exhaust are going to make it 1 very fun truck to drive.

Your best options on a tuner would be the Bullydog from Moes for $419.99, then you can get an InTune from Hemifever with custom tuning for $489, or the Trinity from hemifever with custom tuning for $599.
