I have a dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7. I have searched through the forum for how to remove and install the oil pan gasket. No luck finding any posts for my yr, make, model.

Can someone tell me how or give me a link to find the info? I am hoping it can be done without lifting engine.

If it's a 4x4 I believe the front axle may need to be lowered. Remove the frame cross member. You may also need to loosen the motor mounts, disconnect lines going to the radiator, and raise the engine as needed for clearance. The windage tray and gasket are one piece and should not be reused. Not as easy as you would think for replacing a gasket!
