Has anyone ever tracked the PC to see if it actually improves quarter mile times? I'd assume the snappier 100 percent throttle opening can only improve accelerarion?

I didn't buy the PC to improve 1/4 times. I just wanted the truck to move when my foot does.

However I would venture a guess that improved acceleration equals improved speed from point A to point B. Even if getting to top speed a little quicker your still helping the times.

Well I would be wanting it with some kind of performance gain. I know it "feels" quicker...but if all its doing is multiplying throttle position of the pedal vs ecu, then two identical trucks side by side that both floored it, would still go WOT within a millisecond of each other.

Now does this increase the response rate of the butterfly opening 100 percent, instead of progressively (slowly) opening....that's a different story...and may have actual gains....that's what I would want to know.

The PC doesn't increase power...it increases drive-ability. All it does is increase pedal response.

Used to be push down 30%, get 10% throttle (stock) With the PC its push down 30%, get 30% power. Increase the settings...get more immediate throttle.

Just feels better to drive a Ram with the PC.

I haven't seen any members post any comparison runs with and without the PC. I would imagine that it might affect your 60' times but not really affect your 1/4 times(just my guess).

Nick,
What has been your personal experience with the PC on your 6.4? What setting do you use/recommend? Did it effect your mileage on the 6.4?
